Jazzlife Alliance is the trading name of Jazzlife Alliance 2024 Ltd , registered charity no 110305. This replaced Jazzlife Alliance CIC in 2024 to enable Jazzlife Alliance to achieve charitable status. It is a Not for Profit organisation. The Company is not established or conducted for private gain: any profits or assets are used principally for the benefit of the community. The Company is governed by a Board consisting of five Directors with the Artistic Director reporting to the Board.
