Jazz Juniors is looking for a Communications and Logistics Manager for its new Mid Ulster hub at Seamus Heaney HomePlace, Bellaghy.
This role is part time, can be carried out remotely and includes recruitment, publicity and logistical responsibilities. Pay is £25 p/h starting at 8 hours per week. The initial contract is expected to last for around 6 months.
Key roles include:
– Recruitment of new Jazz Juniors members from the Mid Ulster area
– Overseeing logistics around Jazz Juniors workshops
– Integrating the Bellaghy programme with Jazz Juniors activities in Omagh, Armagh and Belfast
– Publicity for seasonal Jazzlife Jams
Jazz Juniors is NI charity Jazzlife Alliance’s national jazz improvisation youth programme, founded in 2021 by David Lyttle. Its principal funder is the Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
